Top HR Mistakes Series...Asking Illegal Interview Questions

Monday, September 24, 2018
They may seem innocent, and you may be asking from a place of genuine interest; a way to get to know a person quickly and ascertain whether or not they would be a good fit for your open role.  But certain questions are off limits during the interview process because as an interviewer, knowing the answers to these questions may bias your opinion on the candidate, in either a negative or positive way.
